Use the contact email on this page to reach this website's operator. Do not post real rosters, barcode records, Google credentials or session cookies in public issues or discussions.
Access, correction, export or deletion
- Send a request from your account email explaining whether you want access, corrections, a copy, account disabling or deletion of specified data.
- Include only necessary group/session names, date ranges and relevant barcodes. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or unrelated full rosters.
- The operator will verify identity and permissions and explain the scope, legal retention requirements and expected arrangements. Disabling/removing an account and deleting event records are separate actions.
Data on devices
The server cannot remotely erase a fully offline device. Confirm pending scans have synchronized or export necessary backups before clearing this website's data through your browser. Clearing removes pending records, caches and rejected-scan records. Also address other devices you used and downloaded copies.
Disconnecting Google
Manage connections in Google account settings. Disconnecting is not a Sport Timer deletion request and does not immediately revoke an existing service session. If an account may be compromised, also ask the operator to disable it.
